Our dies for fusilli and braids can be attached to any kind of machinery.
Metal inserts are either in teflon or bronze.

*The measures indicated next to each shape are referred to the size of the exit hole of the die, so the shrinkage of the pasta in the drying stage has to be taken into account. This phase is subjective for each pasta factory.
